How the Tuition Payment Plan Works
The Tuition Payment Plan (TPP) is a convenient, online tuition payment program that lets you make interest-free, monthly payments toward college tuition, housing, meals, student fees and other costs. The TPP is administered by Educational Computer Systems, Inc. (ECSI), an independent, family-owned company with more than 37 years of experience in the education field. ECSI is authorized by the college to coordinate enrollment in the TPP, manage student accounts, issue statements and collect payments.

How does the TPP work?
Just like any “installment” plan. The TPP lets you make up to 10 monthly payments toward your tuition, housing, meals, and student fees, rather than paying the full bill all at once. Making smaller, monthly college tuition payments gives you greater flexibility in managing your education expenses. With the TPP plan, you can pay tuition online by credit card or automatic debit (also called ACH) or by mail.
How much does the TPP cost?
Very little. There are absolutely no interest charges and no late fees, provided your payments are made on time. There is an annual, non-refundable enrollment fee. The amount of the fee depends on when you enroll in the program and how many payments you choose to make.
Will I still get a bill from the college?
Yes. The TPP statements you receive from ECSI do not replace your college tuition bill. The payments paid through the TPP are credited to your college account when they are received. Once the sum of the payments made through the TPP totals the amount due on your college bill, you are “paid in full.”
What if there are changes in the amount I owe?
Changes happen. You may drop a class or sign up for an activity that requires a fee. If the balance owed to your college changes from when you initially set up the TPP, simply contact ECSI to change your monthly payment amount. If your balance increases, you can either change your remaining monthly payments or pay the difference directly to the college and keep your TPP contract as is. The choice is yours.
